About the Department: The Department of Management at Nehru Gram Bharati (Deemed to be University) was established during the expansion of professional and career-oriented programmes in the post-deemed university phase (Post 2008). The department offers presently BBA/BBA (Hons./Hons. with Research) aligned to NEP-2020, MBA (Approved by AICTE) and Ph.D. programmes in Management, with specializations in areas such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Operation Management, International Business Management, Health Care and Hospital Management, and Rural Management. The thrust areas of research include entrepreneurship development, rural and agribusiness management, financial inclusion, organizational behaviour, and sustainable business practices, with a focus on addressing regional and national developmental needs.

Department of Computer Application
About the Department: The Department of Computer Application at Nehru Gram Bharati (Deemed to be University) was established in the early phase of professional course expansion (post-2008). The department offers BCA/BCA (Hons./Hons. with Research) aligned to NEP-2020, MCA (Approved by AICTE) and Ph.D. programmes in Computer Applications. Its thrust areas of research include artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, software engineering, cybersecurity, and ICT applications for rural development. The department emphasizes skill-based learning, industry-oriented training, and emerging technologies to enhance employability and innovation.
